Homemade Hummus

Ingredients


  • 1 15oz Can Chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup of Liquid from chickpeas

  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice

  • 1 Clove of Garlic

  • 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbs Tahini



Instructions


  1. Drain Chickpeas reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid from the can.

  2. Squeeze lemon until you have 2 Tbs of juice.

  3. Peel and smash garlic

  4. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  5. Hummus easily stores in container in fridge and can be enjoyed as a side to bread, falafel, pretzels, vegetables and lots more, Enjoy!
