Ingredients
1 15oz Can Chickpeas
1/4 cup of Liquid from chickpeas
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbs Tahini
Instructions
Drain Chickpeas reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid from the can.
Squeeze lemon until you have 2 Tbs of juice.
Peel and smash garlic
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Hummus easily stores in container in fridge and can be enjoyed as a side to bread, falafel, pretzels, vegetables and lots more, Enjoy!
