Start your morning right with a simple healthy breakfast! Start by preparing the oats the night before. Simply leave in the refrigerator overnight and add your favorite fruit, seeds or nuts the next morning.
Ingredients:
1 cup of Oats
1 1/2 cups of plant milk of choice
Toppings:
Blueberries
Banana
Pure maple syrup
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine 1 cup of oats and 1 1/2 cups of milk in sealable container.
Place in fridge overnight
Add blueberries and banana the next morning
Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Enjoy!
