Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Makes 1-2 servings


Start your morning right with a simple healthy breakfast! Start by preparing the oats the night before. Simply leave in the refrigerator overnight and add your favorite fruit, seeds or nuts the next morning.


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of Oats

  • 1 1/2 cups of plant milk of choice


Toppings:


  • Blueberries

  • Banana

  • Pure maple syrup

  • Cinnamon


Instructions:


  1. Combine 1 cup of oats and 1 1/2 cups of milk in sealable container.

  2. Place in fridge overnight

  3. Add blueberries and banana the next morning

  4. Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon

  5. Enjoy!


It's so simple and can easily be taken on the run!
